The pump, another key component of the Liquid Freezer III, operates at speeds ranging from 800 to 2800 rpm and is likewise PWM controlled. This enables dynamic modifications based on the system's thermal needs, maximizing coolant flow while reducing noise levels. The cold plate is made of high-quality copper and has micro-skived fins that considerably improve heat transmission efficiency.
